I knew it was her. Gasps rippled again. The clerk's voice cracked, but the truth was undeniable. The older attendant's bravado crumbled. Her arms hung limp at her sides, eyes darting between Maya and the cameras pointed at her.

"I I didn't know," she stammered, her earlier sneer dissolved into panic. The younger attendant stepped backward until her heel hit the counter. She whispered to herself. "Oh god, what did we do?" But the microphones of three nearby phones picked it up.

The internet already had it. At the bar, the man who had smirked earlier sank lower in his seat, pulling his blazer tight, suddenly, desperate not to be noticed on camera. The mother with the toddler didn't hold back anymore. She clapped loudly, defiantly, the sound echoing across the marble. Her child giggled at the noise, innocent to the storm that had broken.

And then the applause spread, first cautious, then bold. A student near the window stood and raised his phone high. "She's the CEO. This is insane." His live stream caption already read.

They tried to kick the owner out of her own lounge. Watch this. Notifications pinged. Comments flooded in. The video count ticked upward faster than the eye could track.

The supervisor saw it all unraveling and lunged for the clerk's phone. Stop filming. All of you stop filming. But no one stopped. More phones rose.

More voices shouted back. You don't get to hide this. We saw everything. The junior clerk pulled her phone tight to her chest. No, sir.

This has to be seen. Her defiance broke the dam. Passengers shouted support, clapping, booing the staff. The quiet room that once enforced silence now roared like a courtroom in revolt. The supervisor turned pale.

The older attendant whispered, "We're finished." The younger one covered her face with her hands. Maya didn't need to raise her voice. She stood at the eye of the storm, watching as their collapse became spectacle because humiliation wasn't hers anymore. It belonged to them, and the whole world was watching.

The applause didn't fade. It grew, rolling across the lounge in waves. Phones buzzed with notifications. Streams poured out to thousands. The staff who had mocked her minutes ago now stood exposed under the relentless glow of a hundred lenses.

Maya lifted her phone again, unhurried, controlled. Her voice didn't need volume. It carried like steel sliding free of a sheath. Rachel, she said evenly. Terminate their access.

Effective immediately. The words landed like a verdict. On the other end, her assistant's response was swift, surgical, confirmed. Executing now, the supervisor frowned, not yet understanding. Then his badge, a sleek plastic card clipped to his breast pocket, flashed red.
