"Trespassing, impersonating a client, creating a disturbance."

The charges were vague but threatening. Jessica was building a legal case in real time, creating justification for whatever force might be necessary to remove Naomi from the area. Inside the FBO lounge, the scene was attracting more attention. David Kim had noticed the confrontation and started recording on his phone.

Maria Santos, always alert for content opportunities, had opened Instagram Live and was narrating the situation to her followers. "This is insane," Maria whispered to her phone. "They've got this woman surrounded like she's dangerous or something. She's literally just standing there." Her viewer count climbed rapidly.

Maria's followers knew her for luxury travel content, but this was different. This was real drama happening in real time. James Parker looked up from his constant phone calls and business negotiations. Something about the woman's posture, her calm in the face of escalating aggression, reminded him of his athlete clients facing hostile crowds.

She had that same centered energy, that same refusal to be intimidated. He started recording too. "Ma'am," Cain said, his voice getting harder, "you have 30 seconds to leave this area, or we're calling federal authorities. Threatening aircraft operations is a federal crime."

"Threatening aircraft operations?"

Cain was escalating the legal stakes, invoking post-9/11 security language that could result in terrorism charges. It was a nuclear option designed to terrify Naomi into compliance. Instead, it backfired spectacularly. "Captain Cain," Naomi said, her voice finally carrying an edge of steel.

"I strongly suggest you verify passenger information before making threats about federal crimes."

"I don't need to verify anything," Cain shot back. "I can see what I'm looking at."

There it was. The admission. Cain wasn't basing his judgment on documentation, security protocols, or professional procedures.

He was basing it entirely on what he saw when he looked at Naomi's skin color and clothing. Carlos Mendez heard it through his phone's microphone and nearly dropped the device. "Did y'all hear that?" he whispered to his live stream. "This captain just admitted he's judging her based on how she looks."
